Great tool for learning to catch in the pocket

I have a few gloves like this. This one is as good as any of them. This is a fantastic way for young players to learn how to catch in the pocket using wiffle and foam golf balls. It’s also a lot of fun. It can be used for older players as well. It’s a great catching tool for concentratiing on where to catch the ball and the timing needed to receive well.

My son works with this almost every day

My Son is 16 and has been a catcher for almost 10 years. He is always working and doing drills. We use this inside where he will work on receiving form, and we use some random skillz balls that we have. It helps with hand eye coordination and muscle memory.

Nice idea

These are very well made, we haven't got to use them properly yet with my 7 yr old son. I haven't got my waffle balls in yet, ordered separately. The maker has good videos online to go over the instructions.

Great tool for teaching kids to catch properly

I have been using this as a coaching tool for a couple of months with my coach pitvh players who are struggling to catch the ball above their waist with the glove up. This tool has worked very well for them . It's made of neoprene and has lasted through some serious abuse so far. Many of my kids are ctahing much better thanks to this took. It can be reversed as well so it will work for lefties.
